Approach is proud to announce that it has been recognised as a service provider (Approach reference number DV A237804). As of today, you can benefit from additional support via VLAIO in addition to our cybersecurity expertise.
VLAIO offers SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) the opportunity to grow their business with the help of subsidised advice or training. Check the policy plan to see if you may be eligible for additional subsidies to make your company risk-free.
For your information, Flanders invests €20 million annually in cybersecurity. On 22 March 2019, the Flemish government approved the Cybersecurity policy plan, enabling businesses to strengthen their defences against cybercrime.
This FAQ page aims to provide all companies interested in applying for these subsidies with the necessary information about the process to simplify the application procedure.

As a small enterprise, you can count on a support percentage of 45% of the total invoice, with a maximum annual support of €7,500.
For a medium-sized enterprise, the support percentage is 35% of the total invoice, also with a maximum annual support of €7,500.

VLAIO, in turn, will transfer the subsidised percentage to that same account.
Once the advice is completed, you will receive an invoice from us for the agreed amount. You must pay this online via your personal SME portfolio. Note that only subsidisable services may be paid via the SME portfolio.
