Dear customers, partners, 

We are doing all we can do to ensure that we continue to deliver excellent client service in what will be extraordinary times over the coming weeks. Our key priorities are to ensure the wellbeing of our people and maintaining our service to our clients.

Continuity of service

Business continuity and contingency plans are in place and we are fully operational, as all our people are equipped to work securely and safely from home.  We are therefore confident that our people, who work remotely with modern online collaboration tools and technology, are able to provide a high level of service over a long period of time if required.

For the safety and wellbeing of our people, we strictly follow Belgian Authorities instructions and guidelines. We closely monitor our client operations. We have activated a dedicated COVID19 management cell that virtually meets on a daily basis to anticipate and address any issue.
